We lost my lovely mum in February this year, nine months after she was diagnosed with this cruel disease. I think of her every day. This Christmas, and especially on her birthday on 2nd January, I’ll try to remember her only in the happier times, just as she would have wanted. Christmas will be incomplete without her, but her beautiful smile and the love she brought to our lives will stay with us forever.
