All the 10s: In my role as Trustee, I have known many inspirational carers of loved ones who had MND. One example stands out for me personally. It occurred during a challenge I undertook in 2023 to cycle across 10 Scottish islands in 10 days. On one of the ferry crossings, a lady came forward to donate to my fundraiser. Her husband had passed away 10 years previously on the 10th day of October (month 10). She was glowing in her praise of MND Scotland. It was surreal and unforgettable experience
